Mid South Synergy Campus - Montgomery, Texas
35 acre site with warehouse, mechanic shop, fueling station, office/multipurpose building, and multiple IT rooms. The site serves as a satellite facility for a large electric cooperative. The buildings include energy efficient and low maintenance LED lighting.
C Force Water Bottling Facility - Navasota, Texas
This 43,500 square foot bottling facility features energy efficient LED lighting in manufacturing and office spaces as well as on the exterior. 3 BAF Fans were installed for ventilation. Navasota City Hall - Navasota, Texas
This 30,000 sf municipal complex and downtown streetscape was designed to complement the historic 1903 City Hall. The facility is designed to house City Administration Offices, Public Works Department, Police Department, a Forensics Unit as well as a new 75-seat Council Chamber which doubles as the Municipal Courtroom.
Premier Coil Solutions - Waller, Texas
Manufaturing facility for coiled tubing products. Project consisted of a large main manufacturing building and offices and a smaller truck was building along with a test pad. Extension of overhead primary power lines was required. Main building featured a 3,000 amp 480/277 volt service to serve large welders, plasma tables, and other manufacturing equipment.
Navasota Municipal Airport Renovation - Navasota, Texas
This expansion of the airport to a size of 5,000 feet in length and 75 feet in width via assistance from a TXDOT grant allowed jet traffic at the airport. Work performed included new runway lighting, taxiway signage, beacon tower, obstruction lighting, and precision approach path indicators (PAPI units) as well as new controls and electrical service.
